About Numeralis

Clearer information for new-build property decisions.

Numeralis organises information about new developments and units in Portugal so prices, areas, availability and delivery timelines can be compared clearly. Technology accelerates the work; responsibility for what we publish remains ours.

What we do

We turn scattered information into a comparable dataset.

Buying in a new development means comparing information that arrives in different formats and changes over time.

Numeralis structures that information in one consistent format. This makes it possible to assess entry price, price per square metre, position against the area, units indicated as available and expected delivery.

When a figure is unconfirmed, we say so. Missing information is not replaced with an estimate presented as fact.

How we work

From available information to a useful comparison.

We apply the same process to information entering Numeralis, regardless of the development.

  1. 01

    We gather information

We start with information supplied or made publicly available about developments, units and the market.

  2. 02

    We structure the data

Data and artificial-intelligence tools help identify, organise and connect prices, areas, unit types, availability and timelines.

  3. 03

    We cross-check and validate

We check consistency, provenance and freshness. Conflicts or unconfirmed fields are flagged rather than presented as certain.

  4. 04

    We show the context

We present each project and unit in a comparable format, with area references and enough context to support an informed decision.

Sources and technology

AI supports the research. It does not replace validation.

Numeralis uses artificial-intelligence tools and providers—ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Grok (xAI), Llama (Meta), Mistral and Perplexity, including others—to support research, data processing and information comparison. These tools may contribute to collecting and structuring our dataset, but they are not treated as sole authorities or final confirmation.

An AI-generated response is never published as verified fact on its own. Numeralis cross-checks the available information, retains its source context and flags what cannot be confirmed. Use of these tools does not imply a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by their providers.

Principles

What guides every item we publish.

Data before opinion

We prioritise comparable fields and information that can be supported over promotional language.

Visible uncertainty

When availability, price, timing or terms are unconfirmed, we make that limitation clear.

Independent comparison

Paid positions do not alter metrics, area references or the way projects are compared.

Accountability
