Why we built Numeralis

Off-plan property markets in Portugal, Spain, and Italy are booming — but reliable, comparable information is surprisingly hard to find. Yields are quoted inconsistently, tax rules differ by country, and developers rarely give you the full picture.

We started Numeralis to fix that. Our platform aggregates project data, standardises key metrics like gross yield and price per square metre, and layers on proprietary scoring so you can compare apples to apples — across borders.
