Numeralis provides a data and analytics platform that aggregates, structures, and presents publicly available real estate information to help users analyze off-plan real estate opportunities.

Numeralis:

• Is not a real estate agency or broker
• Does not intermediate property transactions
• Does not sell, market, or represent properties
• Does not provide investment, legal, or financial advice

All decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.

The Service compiles information from a combination of:

• Publicly available sources
• Developer and partner submissions
• Licensed datasets
• Automated and manual data collection processes
• Proprietary normalization and analytics systems

Numeralis does not claim ownership of third-party content or property listings. All trademarks, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

While we use reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, the Service is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that:

• Data is complete
• Prices are current
• Availability is accurate
• Projections or analytics are correct

Users must independently verify all information with developers or agents before making decisions.

Numeralis collects real estate data through automated and manual processes, including the crawling and indexing of publicly available information from real estate portals, developer websites, and other open sources. This data is aggregated, normalized, and structured to provide users with comparable analytics and insights.

The data collected and processed by Numeralis, including all derived datasets, analytics, scores, metadata, and outputs, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Numeralis. Users acknowledge that any insights, analytics, or outputs derived from or incorporating the Service do not confer any ownership, access, or control rights over the underlying data.

Numeralis processes data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. We do not collect or process personal data through our crawling activities beyond what is publicly available and necessary for the provision of the Service.

If you are a data owner, website operator, or rights holder and wish to restrict or remove your data from the Service, please contact: [email protected]. We will review and act on all valid requests promptly.

Nothing on the Service constitutes:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice

Analytics, scores, and metrics are informational tools only. You acknowledge that real estate investments involve risk.

Subject to these Terms, Numeralis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to access and use the Service for your personal or professional research purposes.

You may:

• View and analyze information on the platform
• Use the platform for personal or professional research
• Export data where expressly permitted by the Service

Unless otherwise authorized under these Terms, you must not (and will not allow any third party to):

• Sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer, in whole or in part, the Service or any data therein to another party
• Copy, parse, crawl, scrape, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of the platform in any form or by any means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of the platform
• Use any data on the platform to build, train, or supplement any database or machine learning model for commercial exploitation
• Grant access to all or any part of the platform to build a product or service that competes with the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair Numeralis's systems, networks, intellectual property, or reputation
• Share, sell, or transfer account credentials to any third party
• Engage in or permit excessive or automated access to the Service, including through bots, scripts, or scraping tools

To ensure the stability, integrity, and performance of the Service for all users, you agree to use the Service in a fair, reasonable, and non-abusive manner. You shall refrain from any use that, in Numeralis's sole discretion:

• Exceeds normal usage patterns for similar users or use cases
• Imposes an undue burden on Numeralis's infrastructure
• Interferes with or degrades the performance or availability of the Service
• Attempts to bypass technical limitations
• Involves the automated or large-scale extraction of data for unauthorized purposes

Numeralis reserves the right to monitor usage levels and, where it determines that usage is excessive or unfair, may limit or suspend access to the Service, impose additional charges, or terminate the agreement.

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees:

• Are billed in advance
• Are non-refundable unless required by law

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or non-payment.

All platform software, analytics, scoring systems, designs, proprietary datasets, derived data, metadata, and analytical outputs are owned by Numeralis. No rights are granted except limited use under these Terms.

The user agrees to respect all intellectual and industrial property rights of Numeralis and its licensors. Any derived results shall not be commercialized, distributed, or otherwise exploited without Numeralis's express prior written consent.

The Service may link to external developer or agency websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Access to third-party services is at your sole risk and subject to the terms of the respective third-party provider.

The Service, including all associated data, software, and materials, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Numeralis expressly disclaims any responsibility for the suitability, reliability, or performance of the Service for your specific needs or purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numeralis shall not be liable for:

• Investment losses
• Inaccurate information
• Missed opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption

Use of the Service is at your own risk. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms. Suspension or termination does not waive our right to seek damages or other legal remedies.

The collection and processing of personal data by Numeralis is carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
