Raíz is a new development under construction in Aviz – Cristo Rei (Aldoar – Foz do Douro – Nevogilde), Porto, on the prestigious Avenida da Boavista, facing the Parque da Cidade and just minutes from the sea. Designed by the Ventura + Partners studio, it is a gated community where architecture blends into the landscape through natural materials — cork, stone and wood — and organic forms, with interior areas from 79 to 274 m² and generous outdoor spaces (15 to 274 m²).
The project offers three residential concepts: Nature (apartments with private gardens and pools), Core (a balance of interior and exterior living) and Upper (exclusive penthouses with rooftops and private pools). Shared facilities include a private garden, gym, massage room and a multipurpose space; apartments come with balconies, parking and storage. Foz and the Castelo do Queijo are a 10-minute walk away, with hotels, schools, public transport and the new MetroBus nearby. Delivery is scheduled for Q2 2028.
