The Urban Yard is Phase 3 of GFH's landmark YARD development at Jardins da Arrábida, following The Yard and The Yard Next. Designed by the acclaimed Porto studio OODA, it sits in Afurada, Vila Nova de Gaia — a riverside setting beside the Arrábida bridge with fast access to central Gaia, Porto and the A1 motorway, wrapped in the signature modular vertical gardens. This phase focuses on compact, efficient homes spanning Studio to 2BR layouts, many with west- and south-facing terraces and balconies opening to river and sea views. Interiors carry the YARD standard: oak flooring, double glazing and air conditioning, with residents sharing amenities such as a gym, co-working lounge, kids' room and gourmet space. Prices range from €225,000 to €395,000. Delivery is scheduled for Q4 2028. Developed by GFH.
